- i figured this group would be bigger. i think the prcntage was something like 90% of pilots have had atleast one flight in a 172

- oops, that is a c182. a 172 is 290K. still, thats a ton of $$!

- yup. fun to fly. right now, a brand new one from cessna costs 370K. i read that on cessna's website. thats crazy, thats the cost of a fairly nice house.
